JBER 3D Diorama

The purpose of Amendment 0003 to RFQ FA500026Q0029 is to correct a file upload error: Provide a functional copy of Attachment 5a (JBER Diorama Boundaries), which was previously corrupted/blank.

Note for Offerors: Attachment 5c (Required Facilities List) is correct as originally posted in Amendment 0002. All other terms, conditions, and the quote due date of Thursday, 21 May 2026, remain unchanged. The purpose of Amendment 0002 to RFQ FA500026Q0029 is to:

Extend the Quote Due Date: The deadline for receipt of quotes is extended from Wednesday, 13 May 2026, to Thursday, 21 May 2026. Establish a Question Submission Cutoff: All technical questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 01:30 PM Alaska Time. Please see the attached updated RFQ document and Salient Characteristics (with changes highlighted) for full details. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Design, fabrication, and delivery of one (1) custom 3D topographical base map diorama of Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The requirement includes a 4-quadrant modular design incorporating specific man-made and landscape features detailed in the Salient Characteristics.
