3510 - Industrial Washer & Extractor - Amendment 1

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Amendment 1 adds Attachment 6 - Provision Update and modifies Combo Section (ix)(a). The 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) has a requirement for an industrial-sized washing machine and extractor, with a minimum capacity of 450 pounds. This requirement will include furnishing of the washer/extractor, installation of the same, and removal of the existing washer/extractor unit. Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and its attachments for more details.

A site visit will be held on 22 July 2025 at 1000 Alaska Daylight time. Attendees must have a REAL ID-compliant form of identification to obtain base access. Quotes are due via email no later than 4:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time on 7 August 2025. Questions are due one week prior. JBER is approximately 10 miles northeast of Anchorage, Alaska.
