673 ABW- JAG Furniture

Amendment 1: questions and answer page has been added. The 673 ABW/JAG office needs room partitions and furniture for Rooms A305 and A306 in Bldg. 600. This requirement is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of wall partitions to convert one room into two functioning offices, alongside office furniture consisting of a desk with lateral file drawers, a swivel chair, and a bookshelf for each office. Additionally, a partial wall partition will be needed for the waiting room. This requirement will help to maintain client confidentiality within the legal office.

NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Questions shall be submitted to:

Please forward all questions to Mr. John Gosh no later than 1:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on 24 September 2024. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on 24 September 2024 at 10:00PM (AKST) at Building 600 (RM A305& A306); Richardson Drive, JBER, AK 99505. Attendees must be pre-cleared to access the base.

All interested contractors should contact Mr. John Gosh at john.gosh@us.af.mil prior to the site visit. An amendment will be issued answering all questions received, providing the Government’s answers. Quotes are due to Mr John Gosh no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on 26 September 2024. Quotes shall include the following:

a. Part 1- Price – Submit one (1) copy of price schedule. Any additional documentation shall not exceed 10 pages.

b. Part 2 - Submit one (1) copy of the product(s) to be delivered with specifications that clearly demonstrate adherence to the specific characteristics 52.232-18--Availability of Funds. (Apr 1984) is hereby incorporated by full text below:

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
