One (1) copy of the pricing schedule must be included with the quote and other pertinent documentation. Please see Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule. All quotes shall be FOB destination with PoP starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Include any discounts that may apply. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Acceptability Quotes are due NLT 12:00 PM AKST on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
