MUST READ!! - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation for 732 Air Mobility Squadron Regulated Waste Pickup & Disposal is for all or none. Please submit quote for individual line items and option years.

One (1) copy of the pricing schedule must be included with the quote and other pertinent documentation. Please see Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule. All quotes shall be FOB destination with PoP starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Include any discounts that may apply. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Acceptability Quotes are due NLT 12:00 PM AKST on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
