Amendment 0002 - A document containing answers to questions received has been added to the attachments. No other changes have been made to the combined synopsis/solicitation or attachments.

Amendment 0001 - Attachment 4, the Past Performance Questionnaire, stated an incorrect date on the page 1 cover letter. This date has been corrected to match the solicitation deadline of 12 August 2024 at 2:00 PM local Alaska time. No other changes have been made to the combined synopsis/solicitation or attachments.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is a Request for Offers under solicitation number FA500024Q0014 and is issued IAW FAR 13.106 and 13.5.

The offer received in response to this solicitation, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. The 773 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires boiler maintenance on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson - Elmendorf (JBER-E), Alaska.

The contractor shall provide all items and non-personal services to include but not limited to management, personnel (IAW DFARS 252.222-7000, Restrictions on Employment of Personnel), transportation, equipment, and supplies required to provide for maintenance of boilers and associated systems on JBER-E. The contractor is responsible for maintaining management control systems necessary to plan, organize and direct all activities necessary to fulfill this requirement.

Encompassing preventative and corrective maintenance, the requirement is for service of approximately 153 steam boilers ranging from less than 500 to greater than 1000 MBh, 48 Hydronic Boilers, 2 Furnaces, 36 Steam Hot Water heaters, 89 Back Flow Preventers and 28 Gas Unit Heaters.
