PSAB - Giant Voice Upgrade Sources Sought

This sources sought synopsis announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, reimburse respondents for any proposal preparation and/or submittal costs, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach.

The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.

The United States Air Force, 378th Contracting Squadron, located on Prince Sultan Air Base, KSA, is seeking potential sources capable of upgrading existing ATI Giant Voice fixed trailer-based speaker system with secure capability and integrated them into the existing Optiwarn Secure Giant Voice system located on PSAB in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS), any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards, and business practices.

The contract will be a Frim Fixed Price contract. Subject to NAICS 334290 Other Communication Equipment Manufacturing. See attachments for further details. Responses are requested no later than 3:00 P.M. (Arabian Standard Time - AST) on 13 August 2024.
