Demilitarization and Disposal of Conventional Ammunitions

This is a new requirement to palletize, mark/label, pick up, transport and demilitarize/dispose of conventional munitions by a recognized industry standard method complying with all State and Federal laws for a variety of conventional munitions. An approved industry standard method includes, where appropriate, flashing in the thermal treatment unit for pyrotechnics, detonation, etc. Title (i.e. ownership) of components is transferred to the contractor for disposal when fully demilitarized.

Munitions identified in the attachments are U.S. DoD stock listed munitions purchased for use by Singapore Air Force. The contractor shall perform all work associated with this requirement detailed within the SOW, in accordance with the applicable publications in stated in the SOW.
