The 366 Financial Acquisition Squadron (366 FAS) (Contracting) is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential business sources qualified and able to compete for a contract to provide the Mountain Home AFB with Static Display Aerospace Vehicles Restoration and Maintenance Services in accordance with the performance of work statement.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 488190 – “Other Support Activities for Air Transportation” The Small Business Size Standard is $40,000,000.00 Dollars. The Government requests interested parties to contact the Contracting Specialist, Natasha Lizama via email: natasha.lizama.1@us.af.mil No Later Than 11 July 2024 by 10:00 AM MST (Local Time).

Interested parties should review the attached Performance Work Statement/ Description document, fill out the attached Sources Sought Response questionnaire and return via email to the point of contact identified. 366 FAS is interested in quantifying and pre-qualifying the likelihood of setting aside competition for this requirement to a Small Business.

Depending upon the responses to this notice and other market research, 366 FAS may limit the competition to a specific socio-economic small business category at the exclusion of all other potential business concerns. This announcement serves as the first step to determine the viability of setting aside this requirement for competition solely within or among certain small businesses in selected categories. This is a Sources Sought Announcement only; no solicitation exists or is available at this time.
