Public Address System Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Public Address System Upgrades (238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors; $19M Small Business Size Standard) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is FA489724QC072 and this solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The following provisions and clauses, including all addenda, are applicable to this acquisition: The attachments to this notice include a list of all services / supplies to be acquired, including descriptions and quantities.

Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award. A site visit will be held at 1:00 P.M. MST on 4 September 2024 for this requirement. Attendance is limited to no more than 2 individuals per interested party. Failure to attend the site visit can result in your quote possibly being deemed non-responsive.
