AMENDEMENT #1. This Combo/Solicitation is being edited to incorporate Amendment #1, which includes the following changes/revisions:

1. The due date/time for submission of quotes has been extended to 17 September 2024 Not Later Than 8:00 AM (MST) Local Time. and an amended RFQ has been incorporated.

2. A revised Specifications Document (SPECS) dated 5 SEP 2024 has been attached, which replaces the original SPECS, dated 21 Aug 24.

3. Questions and Answers received to date, have been added. Please carefully review revised documents and contact the Contracting Point(s) of Contact if you have additional questions or clarifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for One (1 Digital Marquee (Electronic Display Sign)

(NAICS: 339950-sign manufacturing; 500 Employees Small Business Size Standard) prepared In accordance with FAR PART 12.603(c)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The solicitation number is FA489724QC066 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award. All questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed to the Contracting Officer and Contracting specialist. All questions are due by 4:30 P.M. MST on 4 SEPT 2024. Other methods of submitting questions may not be acknowledged or addressed if not received by this due date and time.
