Synopsis for Aircraft Static Displays

The 366 CONS intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a 100% competitive Total Small Business set-aside on or about 25 July 2024 through 26 August 2024 for the acquisition of Aircraft Static Display Maintenance Services to be performed at Mountain Home AFB, ID. The Government anticipates evaluation factors to be a Best Value, subjective between price and past performance, with past performance being significantly more important than price.

The Government intends to issue an award to a single SBA small business concern under a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), IDIQ/Requirements on or about 16 September 2024. Services will be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The expected award shall consist of a five (5) year ordering period (16 September 2024- 15 September 2025). The Government anticipates having a Single Award made to one (1) contractor. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488190, “Other Support Activities for Air Transportation” The Small Business Administration Size Standard is $40 Million dollars.
