Counter Drug Surveillance System (CDSS)

The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, facilities, supervision, training, and materials as necessary to ensure program management, operations and maintenance (O&M), and mission support to meet the CDSS mission requirements. The Contractor shall provide sufficient personnel at each location to maintain equipment In accordance with ( IAW )technical data to meet or exceed equipment reliability, operational availability standards including establishment and sustainment of an ATO for the CDSS and RDIS networks IAW PWS and applicable USG guidance.
