56 CONS at Luke Air Force Base, AZ has a requirement to acquire Strippit Pucnch Press Tooling. Any quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated utilizing price, technical capability, and past performance, wherein technical and past performance, when combined are equallly as important as price. The criteria for technical acceptance can be found in the attached solicitation document; FAR 52.212-2. Please review all of the attached documents for more information.

This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Please see the attached SF 1449 Solicitation (FA488726Q0029) for all terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria, and the attached Salient Characteristics document for the technical requirements of any submissions.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS:
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to aniyah.jackson@us.af.mil and thomas.jobe@us.af.mil no later than July 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM EDT.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
All quotes must be submitted via email to the contacts listed above. Any quotes received after July 6th, 2026, 1:00 PM EDT deadline will not be considered.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
