**Amendment 0005 to this RFQ has been added to incorporate the completed RFI Log with customer responses to contractor submitted questions and site photos.

Amendment 0004 to this RFQ has been added to extend the due date for submitting quotes by 7 days from July 5, 2024 to July 12, 2024. The response time of 4:00PM PDT remains unchanged.

Amendment 0003 to this RFQ has been added to extend the due date for submitting quotes by 8 days from June 27,2024 to July 5, 2024. The response time of 4:00PM PDT remains unchanged.** The optional site visit is being moved to Monday, June 24th at 12:00PM PDT.

As a result of this change, the deadline to submit questions regarding this requirement is being extended to Monday, June 24th by 4:00PM PDT. **Amendment 0002 to this RFQ has been added to change the NAICS code of this requirement from 541512 (Computer System Design Services) to 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing). As a result of this change, the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard will change from $34,000,000.00 to 750 employees.

Amendment 0001 to this RFQ has been added to remove the outdated Wage Determination (Attachment 03 - Wage Determination - 26 December 2023) and incorporate Wage Determination 2015-5469, Revision 24 (Attachment 03 - Wage Determination - 9 May 2024).

Additionally, the Period of Performance (PoP) is being amended for line items 0001 and 0002 by 45 days from 31 May 2024 - 30 September 2024 to 15 July 2024 - 14 November 2024.** Luke AFB is looking to procure an audio/visual system and installation services for the 756 AMXS IAW the attached Salient Characteristics. This is a brand name or equal requirement and any proposed items that have similar specifications/capabilites as the items listed in the Salient Characteristics document will be considered.

An optional site visit for this RFQ will be taking place on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 9:00 AM PDT. Confirmation of your intent to attend the site visit must be submitted via email to the Point of Contact no later than Tuesday, 18 June 2024 at 4:00 PM PDT. Further instructions will be given after confirming attendance. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted on the attached RFI Log via email to the Point of Contact no later than 21 June 2024 at 4:00 PM PDT.

Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Any offers submitted in response to the RFQ must be emailed to the Point of Contact. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 27 June 2024 at 4:00 PM PDT.
