Luke AFB is seeking vendors to provide lease/rental services for traffic barricades in support of the Luke AFB Airshow on March 23-24 IAW Traffic Plan and SoW. The selected contractor will be responsible for leasing/renting traffic barricades as specified, including transportation, setup, and removal, in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Interested vendors are required to submit proposals detailing their proposed traffic barricades, pricing structure, compliance with specifications and regulations, as well as relevant experience and certifications. Competive quotes will be evaluated based on compliance, price, and experience.

All submissions should be done electronically NLT 3:00pm MST 20 February 2024. All questions regarding this solicitation must be asked no later than 14 February 2024. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers.
