Luke Days 2024 Pyro Display

Luke Air Force Base has a requirement for a pyrotechnics display to support our Luke Days 2024 Air Show. The following performance(s) are needed in support of our air and ground acts:

I. Project Scope: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment and disposal necessary to produce the following pyrotechnics performance for the Luke Days 2024 Air Show. The Air Show will occur on March 23rd and 24th, 2024 with a practice day on Friday March 22nd.

1. Contractor shall provide the government with the following services as part of the pyrotechnic performance for each air show day: a. 500 foot firewall b. 6x Bomb Shots c. 6x 500 pound effects d. 5x 25mm HAS effect Strafe Runs e. 5x 30mm HAS effects strafe runs f. 5x Crew Served Weapons Effects g. 5x White Smoke Canisters for Red Forces h. 5x Green Smoke Canisters for Blue Forces i. 5x Green Smoke Canisters for Rescue Forces j. 4x Red Smoke for Real World Emergencies 2. Contractor must be on ACC approved shooter list.

3. Contractor must be ready to perform duties on Friday for air show practice. **Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.**
