TCMax Gold Software

The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items: TCMax Gold Licenses with 12 months Gold Support This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. Soaring Software Solutions Inc, is original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the above listed software and support service. The OEM has retained sole and exclusive distribution of this software.

This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized distributor and service provider. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.

All interested firms must respond by Monday, 7 April 2025 at 7:00AM PST to Contracting Officer Patricia Murray at email: patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-3095. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
