AFSPECWAR Live Role Players

The 355th Contracting Squadron is requesting personnel to function as live role players in support of training exercises at approved locations within Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) or San Clemente Island (SCI). The contractor shall provide all the necessary tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and management necessary to support open water pararescue services in support of the 68th Rescue Squadron.

The contractor shall provide one (1) Ground Forces Commander (GFC) whose primary role is to synchronize efforts with the lead government phase instructor. They will also lead, manage, and organize all contractor personnel throughout the operation. They will communicate with all contract personnel throughout Land FMPs execution via contractor provided communication device. The contractor shall provide a min. of four (4) Live Role Players (LRP). The govt may request up to ten (10) LRPs.

The LRPs primary role is to interface with GFC in order to provide realistic role players for each scenario. They shall act as both friendly and enemy forces during the Land FMPs or may serve as medical patients dependent on each scenario. The contractor shall provide appropriate eye, ear, and hand protection, costume wear, and footwear for all opposition forces.
