Repaint identified interior walls and identified door frames with Sherwin Williams paint. Replace identified interior wall baseboards. Repaint Chair Guard in Bldg. 879 Rm 112. Replace identified electrical outlet covers. Replace identified light switch covers. Paint 1 wooden cabinet. Patch only identified minor holes or defects on identified interior walls. Complete all remaining tasks in a manner that will present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS).

Installation and testing be accomplish within, 120 days, period of performance. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price, technically acceptable. A site visit will take place on 8/14/2026 at 0900 AM PDT, meeting in front of building 879 main entrance. Please ensure your base pass request has been submitted to me by 2PM PDT on 7/30/2026 if you do not have base access to Nellis AFB to ensure you have access by the date of the site visit. Proposals are due by 8/28/2026 at 9 AM PDT. Answers will be provided via a solicitation amendment
