432 SPTS/CE Utility Monitoring Control Systems (UMCS) System Administrator (SA)

**This solicitation is being amended to extend the quotes due date to being due no later than 14 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-07:00). All recieved RFIs and their supporting answers have been added as an attachment to this solicitation.** Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

All work will be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 11 April 2025. Offers will be due no later than 14 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-07:00).
