***Intent to Sole Sourse*** 57th Wg Leadership Training

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541611-Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to the Arbinger Institute for Schneider for outward mindset leadership training. The contract action is for outward mindset leadership training. For which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 6 December 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to Nathan Doebler at nathan.doebler@us.af.mil no later than 6 December 2024, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “FY25WGLeadership 57th Wing Leadership Training” Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).
