Amendment #4 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the PWS based on the outcomes of the site visit that occured on 28 May 2025. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. Amendment #3 - The purpose of this amendment is to announce a second Site Visit on 28 May 2025 at 09:00 MDT at Cannon Air Force Base, as well as extending the solicitation response due date to 5 June 2025 at 2:00 PM MDT.

Please plan on meeting at the Cannon Air Force Base Visitors center by 08:45 AM so that we can get you signed on base. The site visit will be starting promptly at 09:00 AM. For more information on the Site Visit and to RSVP please reach out to A1C Michael Barbera and SrA Micaiah Lampkin by 12:00 Wednesday 27 May 2025. NOTE: The POCs for this requirement will be changing. Please send all quotes in response to this solicitation to SrA Logan Gaib and Ms. Ariza Gomez (contact information below in the POC section).

DO NOT send your quotes to A1C Michael Barbera or SrA Micaiah Lampkin; these quotes will be considered nonresponsive. Only quotes sent to the new POCs (SrA Gaib and Ms. Gomez) will be considered for award. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment #2 - The purpose of this amendment is to announce a Site Visit on 22 May 2025 at 09:00 MDT at Cannon Air Force Base, as well as extending the solicitation response due date to 29 May 2025 at 2:00 PM MDT.
