Ammendment 0005- The purpose of this amendment is to first extend the delivery date from September 16 at 4:00PM to September 19 at 4:00PM MST. Second, to change to the instructions to offerors from no additional documentation added to the vendor quotes to specific documentation added to the quotes vendors submit. Third, to change the questions for this RFQ from 29 August at 4:00PM to 17 September at 9:00AM MST. Fourth, a change to delivery information from Contractor specified to Cannon AFB. Fifth, is to change the evaluations criteria to include specifics under the technical criteria. Finally, a change in the PWS from Attachment 1 - PWS (0003) to Attachment 1- PWS (0004)

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA485524Q0067 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
