Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is searching for a contractor who shall install a water treatment pilot test unit and provide expert analysis, best applicable location, and system recommendation for the installation of a ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system with layered powdered carbon technology capable of filtering all chains of PFAS (including but not limited to PFOA, PFOS), Fluoride and water hardness from Cannon’s Child Development Center drinking water system.

All prospective contractors must be registered as small businesses in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The NAICS for this action is 541380- Testing Laboratories and Services. Please review the attached DRAFT Staement of Work (SOW) for full requiment needs.
