Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 6 SOS SVTC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to AV3 Inc, CAGE:

5MNS4, ADDRESS: 28275, Three Notch Rd, Mechaniscville, Maryland 20659-7236, United States. AV3 Inc. will provide the 6th Special Operations Squadron (SOS) with a SVTC System. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The anticipated award date is 24 June 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the products listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
