This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Painting /Protective Coating Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract affecting real property located at Cannon AFB, NM.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, coordination, insurance and administration to provide protective coating services, to include both large and small task orders, for Cannon AFB, NM facilities and roads on an occupied/unoccupied basis in accordance with the terms of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract and the Statement of Work (SOW).

(1) Proposed work details, nature, and volume: General work requirements: Surface preparation and painting (full or partial areas) Taping, bedding, texturing of gypsum board/drywall Repairing cracks, joints, and holes in walls and ceilings Applying, removing, and re-applying acoustical material on walls and ceilings Installing/removing vinyl/fabric wall covering or repairing wall covering Wood stripping, staining, and/or varnishing Concrete chipping and non-shrink repair at spalls and cracks Water or sand blasting; sanding, grinding, scraping, stripping Removal of dirt, mildew, fungus, and other foreign matter Wallpaper removal Surface preparation on surfaces made of wood, metal, plastic, vinyl, concrete, brick, concrete block, stucco, asphalt, and Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS) Protective coating application to facilities, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors and frames, window frames, fascia, soffits, trim, fences, gates, attachments (e.g., piping, exterior ductwork, rain gutters, etc.), pavement, roads, parking lots and curbing.

Application and removal of adhesive labels and reflective bands Application of non-skid products (such as aluminum oxide) to concrete floors Application of retro-reflective beads to pavement striping Miscellaneous structures and equipment Fire hydrants and post indicator valves Electrical switch gear and transformers Signposts and structural stands Stairs, handrails Fences, gates, and bollards Fuel and water tanks up to and including 4,000-gallon capacity (exterior only)

NOTE: bulk fuel storage area and elevated water storage tanks are NOT included Fuel steel piping up to and including 1 inch in diameter Water piping and electrical conduits (2) Work Location Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, 88103 (3) Contract Performance Five (5) year Ordering Period (29 July 2024 - 28 July 2029) with the solicitation opening from between June 1st to June 7th, 2024. (4) Statement of Work shall be provided in solicitation. Additionally, (5) Requests for proposal should be submitted between when the solictation begins (est. June 1st to June 7th. 2024) to 30 days later (est. June 30th to July 7th, 2024) (6) The Government intends to seek a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
