The 23d Contracting Squadron’s Services Flight is conducting market research for a blanket purchase agreement to establish a non-personal services that provides: Personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to furnish and service portable toilets in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, commercial practices, and the statement of work (SOW) at Moody Air Force Base, Grassy Pond Recreational Annex and the surrounding areas in a manner to ensure a healthy environment and a professional appearance.
