This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this combined synopsis-solicitation is FA483024Q0031 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The above-mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. Sign the RFQ (Attachment 1 - Solicitation - FA483024Q0031) on page 1 (block 30a) and provide pricing on page 3. Technical Evaluation Factors located on page 35 of the solicitation document. *NOTE: The individual signing must have signatory authority for this Entity; signature constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions contained within this solicitation.

Submission Expiration: Vendors may, at their discretion provide additional time; however, all submissions must remain valid for at least 30 calendar days after this solicitation closes. * This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 02/15/2024 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2323-0707.

This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611699 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The purpose of this solicitation is for the procurement of Live Tissue Training for Full Mission Profile for the 38th Rescue Squadron in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
