HELICOPTER LANDING ZONES (HLZ) & DROP ZONES (DZ) CLEARING

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to ensure HLZ/DZ land clearing services are performed as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Moody AFB. As this was a sole-source direct award to an 8(a) contractor in coordination with the SBA, this acquisition was not competed. Pricing was determined fair and reasonable based on market research and the evaluation of other than certified cost or pricing data provided by the Contractor in comparision to fair market value, IAW FAR FAR 13.106-3(a)(2)(i) & FAR 13.106-3(a)(2)(vii).
