Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) Requirement

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The 325th contracting squadron is conducting market research for a requirement to procure three (3) 2026 John deere 845R XUVs or Equal UTV. If your company can provide three (3) 2026 John Deere 845R XUVs or an Equal product that meets the attached salient characteristics, please provide the following information:

1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number and email address.

2. Unique Entity ID, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. GSA contract number, if applicable.

3. Size of business – Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Hub-zone, Womanowned and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned.

4. Capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the products IAW the Salient Characteristics 5. Product Specifications: Make, model, and detailed specification sheets Of particular importance, a proposed Equal UTV must be capable of meeting the minimum towing capacity specified in the attached Salient Characteristics.
