Modular Office building

Amendment 0001 Please review all attached documents for the Amendment, which executes the following changes to this solicitation: Added an updated salient characterisitcs titled "Modular Office - 25 August 2026 Salient Characteristics" Added a Questions and Answers document.

Extended Offer Due Date: The submission deadline is extended to 28 August 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT. The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the procurement, delivery, of one (1) single-story commercial modular office for the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) in support of the 325th Logistics Readiness Squadron (325 LRS).

The contractor shall provide a single-story, fully enclosed modular office structure comprising four (4) walls and an integrated roof/ceiling assembly, fitting within an overall exterior footprint of 10.0 ft. to 12.5 ft. in width and 12.0 ft. to 12.5 ft. in length.

The structure shall be suitable for installation on an existing concrete floor within an active pull-through cargo hanger and accommodate up to five (5) administrative workstations, and computer/network equipment while maintaining line-of-sight visibility over active warehouse cargo lanes. The office shall include a minimum of two (2) dual-pane operable windows, four (4) 20-amp electrical circuits, six (6) duplex electrical receptacles, and one (1) integrated heating and cooling climate-control unit.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Tyndall AFB, FL. Factory pre-assembled delivery is preferred; a panelized configuration with contractor-provided on-site assembly and installation is an acceptable alternate. Contractor shall provide two (2) complete sets of operator and maintenance manuals and a minimum three (3)-year commercial warranty covering structural components, materials, and workmanship, in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics.

This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under commercial item procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5410, Prefabricated and Portable Buildings.

Interested vendors shall submit a quote demonstrating compliance with all solicitation requirements, including pricing, estimated delivery/installation lead time, and any supporting technical literature necessary to evaluate compliance with the Salient Characteristics. See attached Solicitation, Amendment, and Salient Characteristics dated 25 August 2026. Offer Submission Deadline: 28 August 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT Questions deadline 21 August 2026 12:00 PM CDT. Answers will be posted by 25 August 2026 COB.
