Revised Salient Characteristics: Updated the list of required items. Brand Name or Equal The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the requirement of one (1) Anritsu LMR Master S412E Handheld Analyzer System and Accessories in support of the 325th Communications Squadron.

The required analyzer system shall provide a single, highly portable handheld platform capable of performing comprehensive Land Mobile Radio (LMR) maintenance, spectrum analysis, cable/antenna analysis, GPS-based coverage mapping, distance-to-fault testing, vector voltmeter measurements, and EMF measurements. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition for the Anritsu LMR Master S412E with options and accessories IAW the Revised Salient Characterisitics.

This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6625, Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments.

Interested vendors shall submit a quote demonstrating compliance with all solicitation requirements, including pricing, estimated delivery lead time, and any supporting technical literature necessary to evaluate compliance with the requirement.
