This serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the Governments intent to award a sole source contract. NAICS code 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouse). Response deadline is 14 September at 12:00pm CDT. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Stratton Securities INC., CAGE code 1VM48. This requirement is for temporary modular facilities.

The expected period of performance is 15 September 2026 through 14 September 2031 with services to Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This action is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) / RFO 6.103-1 for DoW, or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) for civilian agencies, because only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The vendor is the owner of the currently leased and maintained temporary module facilities This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which we will consider if received by the response deadline above.
