Large Bridge Contract Extension of AFNORTH Support Services

The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) issued a sole source bridge contract to SysCom, Inc. to ensure the continuation of mission essential Continental United States NORAD Region (CONR), First Air Force (1 AF) Air Forces Northern (AFNORTH) Support Services at Tyndall AFB, FL and its associated units at Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY; and Western Air Defense Sector (WADS) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) AFB, WA.

This sole source, firm-fixed price bridge contract was awarded to SysCom, Inc., the incumbent contractor, for a two-month period of performance from 1 March 2025 to 30 April 2025, under the authority of DAFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 3572, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS).

The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel and labor to perform engineer support, training services, information technology services, Facility Support, and security operations support. Contractors will be expected to be cleared for security clearance IAW FAR Subpart 4.4 with the submission of a DD254 to the security office at Tyndall AFB. Several of these positions will have access to SAP and secure locations at their respective location.
