Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) for Commercial Local & Long-Distance Calling Capabilities 325th Communications Squadron Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a synopsis or solicitation and it is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract.

Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associates with responding to this notice. The 325 Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources to fulfill a IT service contract for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) for Commercial Local & Long-Distance Calling at Tyndall AFB, FL. The contractor shall provider SIP trunk services to TAFB, FL.

The Point-of-Presence (POP) shall be in Building 649, located at 563 N. Suwanee Rd, TAFB, FL 32403. 325 CS will provide rack space and power for the SIP service components that need to be installed. The Local Telecommunications Provider shall coordinate an Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) with 325 CS to transition the commercial local and long-distance calling capabilities from TDM to SIP.

Full services for the SIP circuit shall be completed and transitioned to no later than 01 March 2025. The purpose of this sources sought notices to gain knowledge of vendors who are capable and interested in fulfilling this requirement. The purchase order is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract.

Full services for the SIP circuit shall be completed and transitioned to NLT 01 March 2025. 325 CONS is requesting all interested and qualified businesses response to this sources sought notice with the following information. Name, address, phone, fax, e-mail and website if applicable: List of relevant contracts (not to exceed 3) currently held or completed within the last two years.

The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates and government point(s) of contact (Contracting Officer and QAE/inspector).
