Amendment 1 The attached RFQ states that questions are due 11 September 2024 1:00 P.M. CST and that contractors shall submit all quotes by 18 September 2024 1:00 PM CST. However, an error on the original solicitation post stated quotes were due 11 September 2024 1:00 P.M. CST. This amendment changes the dates due on SAM to reflect the dates in the RFQ, which is 18 September 2024 1:00 PM CST.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) preparedin accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW FAR, DFAR, AFFARS and all other related guidance.

The solicitation number is FA481924Q0056 This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212312, Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying, and a Product Service Code (PSC) 5610, Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk. The 2023 Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees.

Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW FAR52.212-2(a) using the following factor(s) to determine best value: a. Technical capability of the item/service off ered to meet the Government requirement; and b. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options ifapplicable). Please note the following:

1) Pricing submitted in response to this RFQ shallremain in eff ect until November 15, 2024;

2) Contractors interested in submitting an offer (Quote) must acknowledge the requirement that prospective awardees shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award,during performance, and through final payment of a contract agreement, IAWFAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management. Also, IAW FAR 52.204-13, Systemfor Award Management Maintenance; a contractor is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data within the SAM database and is required to review and update their SAM registration on an annual basis.

Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitationmust be submitted no later than 11 September 2024 1:00 P.M. CST. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.

Contractors shall submit all quotes by 18 September 2024 1:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, A1C Cordova, Nathaniel J. at nathaniel.cordova.1@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, TSgt Merritt, Justin T. at justin.merritt.1@us.af.mil and with the subject line "FA481924Q0056 - Base Course Material - Quote". The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida is currently processing a procurement action to support the 801st RED HORSE Training Squadron. Attached are supporting documents for more details.
