Crash Damage Disabled Aircraft Recovery Equipment

The solicitation due date has been extended to 21 Aug 2024, 1400/2PM CST. Below are the two questions and aswers.

Question #1: Form of Response Did you prefer response be submitted by completing the indicated lines of the Solicitation rather than in the form of a Sales Quote? And should submission be made by e-mail to you?

Answer #1: Solicitation is preferred but you may include both. Yes, the solicitation should be made by email.

Question #2: 2. Offloading of Equipment I haven't previously encountered the delivery requirement appearing in the last paragraph of Section 2 on Page 4/37: "The Contractor shall be responsible for the off-loading of the units within a 100' radius of the truck." Guessing this doesn't actually mean we have to transport a forklift to the delivery location so that this can be accomplished, but would be grateful for clarification Answer #2: We have fork lifts and 10ks here on site available to off load the equipment if necessary. See the attached SF 1449 - Solicitation/Contract Form Statement of Work (SOW) is on page 4. Aircraft De-Bogging Kit-25 Tonne, Manufacture:

AMS Aircraft, Recovery Part No: 10060-234 or equivalent. = 4 Each Aircraft "Tethering Set, Manufacture:

AMS Aircraft Recovery, Part No: 10040-019 or equivalent.= 6 Each
