RH - Hot-Mix Asphalt, Tack and Prime - AVON PARK

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Include and answer Question #25 to Attachment 4 - Questions.

2. Extend the quote due date until no later than (NLT) close of business (COB)

12 May 2026. Note: A signed copy of this amendment and all previous amendments is required for your offer to be considered for award. ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE (ZIP - 33825). ATTACHMENTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THIS SAM POSTING. ALL OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE OFFERS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL FOUR ATTACHMENTS (LISTED BELOW) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

Attachment 1 - SOW dated 10 April 2026 Attachment 2 - Asphalt Specifications Attachment 3 - Tack Coat Specifications Attachment 4 - Questions UPDATED The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, design and supervision to provide and deliver approximately 8,001 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and 8,072 gallons of Bituminous Tack and Prime Coats. Contractor shall also provide field and laboratory quality control testing, as required by the Government. Please see attached SOW for more information.
