This sources sought is an advance notice for information for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 611620 and size standard is $9M unless otherwise noted. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via www.sam.gov. Prime contractors, must be US-owned entities, who intend to submit a proposal for this solicitation.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing, including their DUNS number and Cage Code, to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 AM EST on 25 November 2024. Such capabilities/ qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.
