Intent to Sole Source: Actuator FY25

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Delta Scientific Corp. This procurement will be for one (1) Roller Screw Actuator (Actuator, Roller Screw, Electrical Cylinder, A-B MPAIA4300RM34A, 230V). All work shall be in accordance with Federal, State and base safety regulations and the manufacturers' recommendations.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-l(b)(l). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
