OCE COLORWAVE T60 AND SCANNER EXPRESS or Equal

This is a solicitation for the purchase of an OCE Colorwave T60 4 Roll (CW T60 4R) and Scanner Express IV (SCEXPIV) Multifunctional System (Print,Copy, Scan) Or Equal with Installation and Operational Training IAW the Statement of Work for Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The Printer and scanner shall have the following specifications and capabilities:

1. Shall be able to have a media supply up to 4 rolls (at one time) - 500 ft in length (front load).

2. Shall be able to have automatic and manual roll selection and switching.

3. Shall be able to:

support the following media types: Plain 75-90-120-160g (Bond), Recycled, Colored, Fluorescent, Blueback Specialties: Polyester film, Self-adhesive film/paper, Tyvek(TM), Roll up film, Soft banner, and Vellum.

4. Shall have a paper output size width minimum: 11 in and an output size width maximum: 42 in (or greater).

5. Shall have a top delivery tray can hold up to 90-sheet capacity.

6. Shall use solid pearl toners as opposed to ink toner that takes time to dry.

7. Shall be able to print lengths greater than 20 feet.

8. Shall have software for printing to multiple wide format devices, viewing and cost tracking.

9. Shall have extended security protection for administrator and audit logging.

10. Shall be able to do concurrent scanning/copying/printing of single or sets of documents.

11. Shall be able to perform imaging inverse, mirroring, margins and rotation.

12. Shall be able to scan documents and photos with original width 8.5 in - 36 in and original length 8.5 in - 50ft.
