Repair Roof AFCENT B1130

Project Title:

B1130 Roof Replacement Project Location: Shaw AFB. This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and replacement of the roof for the AFCENT Headquarters building 1130 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 04 June 2026. Period of Performance: 293 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance.

Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(F) is valued between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Add updated attachment 02 - SOW dated 04 June 2026 and remove SOW dated 19 March 2026.

2. Add attachment 20 - Repair Roof AFCENT B1130 Questions and Responses from CE.3. Add attachment 21 - 01_33_10.05_20 1130 roof. 4. Add attachment 22 - Site Visit Sign In Sheet . 5. Update the Bid Due Date

Bids for this solicitation are due no later than 25 June 2026 / 10:00 A.M (local) EST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through this solicitation posted on SAM.gov. Bids may be accepted at email addresses darrel.ford.3@us.af.mil or carlos.griggs.1@us.af.mil ONLY after attempts to post bid through SAM.gov are unsuccessful and prior coordination with Mr. Darrel Ford or Mr. Carlos Griggs.

6. Update the Bid Opening date

Bid opening is scheduled for 30 June 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Building opening location is 20th Contracting Squadron, 321 Cullen Street, Building 216, 2nd Floor Conference Room 219. If attending in person, please ensure installation access requirements are met. Escorts will NOT be provided. Bid opening procedures will also be available to Bidders on Microsoft Teams.
