Golf Course Deck Repair

The scope of this project is for the installation of a new concrete deck reception area at the Golf Pro Shop in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 18 October 2024.Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 166 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Competition: This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NAICS 238110.The Magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(c) is valued between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Thursday, 15 May 2025 / 9:00 AM EST. Site visit location is:

Carolina Lakes Golf Course, 400 Stuart Street, Shaw AFB, SC 29152.Please refer to Attachments 16 through 19 for Base Access Request form and supporting documentation.

All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Wednesday, 21 May 2025 / 2:00 PM EST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through this solicitation posted on SAM.gov or at email addresses darrel.ford.3@us.af.mil and gregory.cooke@us.af.mil in the event a bid submission throughSAM.gov is unsuccessful. Bid Opening procedures will begin on Thursday, 26 June / 11:30 A.M. EST. Bid opening will be held at the 20th Contracting Squadron, 321 Cullen Street, Building 216 (Breakout Room 216), Shaw Air Force Base, SC 29152.If attending in person base access approval through security forces is required.

2. Replace Atch 7-Shaw 2799 Outlets-Revised 24 Jan 25 with Atch 7-Shaw 2799 Outlets-Rev 3 dated 28 May 2025.
