THIS IS A NON-APPROPRIATED FUND INSTRUMENTALITY (NAFI) REQUIREMENT

Shaw AFB requires the design and construction of a new log cabin office, to be located at Lake Wateree recreational area Camden, South Carolina. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete design and construction of the cabin, adhering to a design-build approach.

Project Magnitude: The estimated value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.Site Visit: 5 May 25, at Lake Wateree Recreational area parking lot [2030 Baron Dekalb Rd. Camden, SC 29020] 9:00 A.M.[Eastern Daylight time]
