The Government is requesting information to provide Meals Shaw AFB in Shaw AFB, SC, according to the description below. Description: There is a need for information regarding meal provisions on a quarterly basis for a period of up to one year. Two actions per quarter, with three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) coverage, totaling 24 days in a year’s timeframe. Members would receive three meals for two of the days (Friday, Saturday). On Sunday they would only receive two meals. Meal provision is required for 20 members at three meals a day for two days; and two meals a day for one day.

It is anticipated that 1,280 meals would need to be provided during this timeframe. If available, and feasible, it is preferred that members could choose lunch options (eg. A, B, or C). Boxed meals would be possible as long as lunch and dinner meals were hot meals. With the information you provide please include available options for those with dietary restrictions if available.
