This solicitation is for NAICS 313210. Vendors are not required to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile to submit a response.

However, if it is not listed in SAM, vendors must provide a statement certifying whether they qualify as a small business under the 1,000 Employees size standard for NAICS 313210 at the time of submission.
