Langley Contractor Operated CE Supply Store (COCESS)

The 633d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Joint Base Langley Air Force Base (JBLE). This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated requirements are as follows:

Operation and management of the COCESS at JBLE. Provision of all necessary supplies, materials, and services to meet the base's Civil Engineer (CE) requirements. Ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. Meeting the Air Force's specific CE supply needs in accordance with established policies and procedures.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of conducting market research and gathering information on the capability of potential small business vendors to fulfill the above requirements.
