Description

Building 401 is a three-winged, two-story, pre-existing structure with a total of one hundred-forty (140) occupants. Due to dangerous conditions such as asbestos, lead based paint, other hazardous materials, outdated fire alarm and suppression system, and degradation of structural members, this facility requires major repair and renovation.
