Building 950 1st Floor Carpet Replacement

This is a requirement for a carpet replacement, which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. This solicitation is for NAICS 238330. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitiation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $19 million for NAICS 238330 at the time of submission. Please review the statement of requirment for a complete understanding of the requirement. A site visit will be offered on Monday 26 August at 10:00 am. (site visit completed)

Amendment 0001: Updated the day for the site visit Amendment 0002: Posted a revised more detailed statement of work and the close date of the requirement has been updated to 23 August 2024 at 8 am EST Amendment 0003: Posted more information regarding the second through fifth floors of Building 950 and the date of the requirement has been updated to 30 August 2024 at 8 am EST. These floors will need to be a different line item on the submitted quote please and thank you.
