Audio Video Upgrade

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an audio visual system overhaul and installation. Offerors must provide a list of equipment being provided as well as a technical drawing of intended system architecture for review of technical acceptability.

Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical and Price Factors that will be utilized.

• Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 180 days after contract award.

• Attachment: All information necessary to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0040. Offerors must read the attachment in its entirety before submitting a quote.

• Important Dates:

○ Quotes Due: All quotes must be received via email by the Response Date and Time listed in this notice. (Amended 18 Sep 2026)

○ AMENDED- Site visit: Will be held on 27 Aug 2026 at 10:00a.m. Requests to attend the site visit must be submitted by 26 Aug 2026, 4:00p.m MST

○ AMENDED- Questions: All questions must be submitted no later than 28 Aug 2026, 4:00p.m. MST

52.232-18 Availability of Funds.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

This amendment is to extend the time for quotes as well as attach Attachment 3 - Floor Plan. This is to give offerors more time to prepare quotes with some additional information. In regards to the Q&A this will be attached at a later date due to delays internally.
